Fudgie Brownies

Ingredients
# 4 oz. (100g) soft margarine
# 4 oz. (100g) caster sugar
# 4 oz. (100g) self-raising flour
# 2 eggs, beaten
# 1 teaspoon baking powder
# 4 oz. (100g) dark chocolate, melted
# 2 oz. (50g) soft brown sugar
# 2 oz. (50g) walnuts, roughly chopped
# three and a half ounces (90g) hard margarine
# 4 tablespoons drinking chocolate powder
# 9 oz. (250g) icing sugar, sifted
# 2 tablespoons of milk
  Procedures
  # Beat together the soft margarine, caster sugar, beaten eggs, self-raising flour and baking powder till smooth
# Add the chocolate, nuts and soft brown sugar
# Spread into a greased lined 8 inch (20 cm) square tin
# Bake in a pre-heated 350F, Gas Mark 4, 180C oven for 35-40 minutes
# Make icing: melt the hard margarine with chocolate powder in a pan
# Boil for half a minute then stir in icing sugar and milk
# Beat until it thickens
# Cool the cake in the tin for a few minutes before turning out on a wire rack
# Spread the top with icing, cool, then cut into squares
